"You Can Make A Difference."

Older adults live better when they are active.

ALCOA offers all seniors inspiration and encouragement through research based resources that focus on the older adult. We provide advice about healthy aging from leading Canadian health researchers in all areas that affect health-physical, nutritional, as well as mental health, and others.

All these resources are available free of charge and can be found on our websites: this one you are on and

Recent cutbacks in federal funding have led us to postpone vital programs. As a registered charity, there is so much we can do but cannot - simply because we lack the funds.

The need is urgent, now.

We envision a society where all older Canadians lead active lifestyles. At this time of year, we invite you to be a part of our vision and help us continue our good work. Please consider how you can help ALCOA achieve our mission. Specifically, if you'd send a donation of $25, $75, $150 .... or whatever amount you're comfortable with.

We are certain you support helping older adults and today we are asking you to take that support to another level and make a donation.

Let's work together to make optimal aging a reality for older adults in Canada who deserve our respect, admiration and support.
